Nice work! The horse's back hooves are kind of cut off instead of blending in with the background though. The colours are very pretty, nice and magical, but the horse doesn't seem to fit because it doesn't have any of those tones in it. What does it look like if you drag the horse behind the colour layer? I think it would give the image more unity.
